Delivery and server logs

When the website is opened, the browser transmits technically necessary connection data, including the IP address, time, requested address, browser/device information, referrer and response status. The purpose is secure and stable delivery and error analysis. Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Hosting: OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (ChatGPT Sites). OpenAI processes technically generated hosting data on our behalf and may engage the sub-processors identified in its provider documentation. Further information: ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum and sub-processors.

No single fixed retention period for all log data is publicly specified. Retention is determined by what is necessary for hosting, maintenance, security and subsequent deletion. Under the applicable Data Processing Addendum, Hosted Data is returned or deleted on instruction after the agreement ends unless applicable law requires retention.

ChatGPT Sites currently offers no fixed data residency. Data may therefore also be processed outside the European Economic Area. For such transfers, the Data Processing Addendum identifies EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision as safeguards.

No additional collection

The website has no contact forms, newsletters, user accounts, analytics or tracking scripts, advertising networks or embedded third-party content. It sets no non-essential cookies.

Subject to statutory requirements, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
